No data protection officer has been appointed; the conditions of Art. 37 GDPR do not apply.
1. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A contract on processing under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
When a page is requested, the host processes the connection data transmitted with the request, including the IP address, in its server logs.
- Purpose: delivery of the website, operational security, fault diagnosis
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Legitimate interest in secure and uninterrupted operation.
- Retention: seven days
2. Access records for abuse prevention
To recognise and turn away automated bulk access, this website records requests in pseudonymised form. What is processed is an irreversible identifier derived from the IP address, a truncated address range, the path requested, the HTTP method, the outcome of the request, a truncated browser identification, the referring page without its query part, and the language setting transmitted by the browser. The IP address itself is not stored.
Conspicuous requests may be blocked automatically for a limited time. No decision with legal effect or similarly significant effect is connected with this.
- Purpose: availability of the website, prevention of abusive access, limiting the cost of operation
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
- Retention: 30 days at most. Statistics derived from these records contain no personal reference.
3. Comments
Articles can be commented on. Comment text, a name and an e-mail address are required for this; giving one's own website is optional. None of these details is required for using the website otherwise.
Published are the comment text, the name given, the website if one was given, as well as the language, the time and the article the comment belongs to. The e-mail address is not published. It serves to answer queries and to fend off automatically generated entries.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is given by submitting the form. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to fending off automatically generated entries.
- Retention: until the comment or the article it belongs to is deleted
Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Deletion of a comment may be requested informally.
4. Webmentions
When another website reports a link to an article on this website, the details transmitted are stored and shown with the article: name, profile picture, profile address, address of the linking page and an excerpt. They come from the linking website.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Legitimate interest in links between websites being traceable.
- Retention: until the entry or the article it belongs to is deleted. An objection under Art. 21 GDPR is complied with by deleting the entry.
5. Third-party content
Third-party content such as profile pictures or map data is fetched by this website's server, cached there and delivered by this website. Visitor data is not transmitted to the providers of that content.
6. Storage on the device
If the colour scheme of this website is set by hand, that setting is stored in the browser's local storage. The entry contains no personal data and is not transmitted.
Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. No consent is required, because the storage is strictly necessary in order to provide the expressly requested service.
7. Contact by e-mail
If a message is sent to one of the e-mail addresses given here, the message and the details it contains are stored in order to deal with it and answer it.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Legitimate interest in answering.
- Retention: until the enquiry has been settled, unless a statutory retention period says otherwise
8. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
These rights may be exercised informally with the controller: datenschutz@account.snorpey.com
The data described under number 2 does not permit attribution to a specific person without additional information; Art. 11 GDPR applies in that respect.
There is also a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
9. Changes to this statement
This statement is updated when the processing described here changes.
